Versace Aftershave
Versace was born in 1946 in Italy. He began as an apprentice in his mother’s dressmaking shop before he began work as a freelance designer. In 1978, with the help of his brother, Santo, he founded the Gianni Versace Company.
Gianni’s bold creative genius earned him international praise. In 1982 he won the Cutty Shark and Golden Eye awards for his 1982/1983 Fall/Winter women’s collection. He also received the Golden Eye in 1984, 1990 and 1991.
Versace has, in just three decades, achieved recognition as one of the leading international fashion houses in the domain of Italian luxury with his designs and exceptional fragrances.
