Q: Do you sell perfume and aftershave gift sets?

Q: The fragrance I require is not listed in the "For Him" or "For Her" menu. Does this mean you do not sell it?
A: The For Him and For Her menus at the top of our website only list our most popular fragrances. To search our full range of products please use the "Scent Search" at the top of the website. Alternatively, you can browse the full list of perfume brands and aftershave brands that we offer.

Q: Are your products genuine?
A: All of our products are 100% genuine and come in the full manufacturer's packaging.

Q: What is your returns policy?
A: You can return the products to us in their full original packaging within seven days of receipt for a full refund. If you would like to return your order, please complete our returns form.

Q: How do I pay for my order?
A: You can pay for your order online using any major credit or debit card. Our main payment method is provided by Sage Pay (formerly known as Protx) and offers a quick and secure method for making credit or debit card payments. We also offer Google's secure and reliable Google Checkout service to make payments.

Q: Why do you use Google Checkout?
A: Google Checkout offers some of the lowest credit and debit card processing rates of any online payment provider. This allows us to keep our prices low by passing this saving on to you. Also, Google are one of the most trusted online brands and take privacy very seriously. At no point can we see your full credit card details.

Q: Do you have any high street stores?
A: No. To keep our prices as low as possible we are a purely online fragrance retailer.
