Lady Gaga Perfume & Women's Fragrance
Lady Gaga is an American pop star who rose to fame with the single "Just Dance". As daughter to Italian Cynthia and part French Canadian Joe Germanotta, Lady Gaga had an unusual childhood. She grew up on Manhattan's cultural cornerstone, the Upper West Side. Born as Stefani Joanne Angelina Germanotta, she knew she wanted to be an entertainer from an early age. At the age of four she started to play the piano, wrote her first ballad at 11 and held her first performance in a night club when she was just 14. After being one of 20 people that were granted early admission to the prestigious New York University, she dropped out to further pursue her career in entertainment.
Standing only 5' 1” tall, Gaga's personality is more than enough to stand out from the crowd. After a backstage career as songwriter for artists such as Britney Spears, New Kids on the Block and The Pussycat Dolls, Akon signed her to his label in 2008. Lady Gaga, who's alter ego originates from the Queen song 'Radio Gaga', released her first international debut single Just Dance featuring Colby O'Donis which became an instant hit. Initially the mysterious pop diva was seen as controversial but as such monster hits as The Fame (2008), Born This Way (2011), Artpop (2013) and Cheek to Cheek (2014), she has became a household name of this era. Topping the list of her famously extravagant outfits is the meat dress she wore at the 2010 MTV VMA's. The dress, made out of real meat, still exists and is showcased in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.
Her career is not limited to singing and songwriting, she has produced films and had a role as The Countess in American Horror Story. She collaborated on a clothing line called Love Bravery with Elton John and has created a set of fragrances. Lady Gaga first entered the world of perfume with in 2012 with the launch of Fame. Not only is the oriental fragrance a lovely concoction of the poisonous Belladonna flower and honey drops, the intriguing black fluid turns clear once in contact with the skin. This was followed by the unisex Eau de Gaga 001 (2014). The perfume is a tad more masculine with woody and musky aroma's.
